InstaCapital Funding is an independently owned business financing brokerage based in Sheridan, Wyoming. We help small and mid-sized businesses find working capital, business loans, lines of credit, and real estate financing.

Why we started this

Because the standard experience of applying for business funding is genuinely bad, and it doesn’t have to be. You fill out one form, and then your phone rings for three months. We give you the best options out there and then let you decide. No endless calls.

So we built the opposite, and we put the promises in writing on the front page: instant confirmation, a straight answer inside one business day, no chasing you afterward, and we’ll tell you when a deal is a bad one.

Who you’ll actually talk to

Will Hickey founded InstaCapital Funding in 2026 after years in the funding industry, where he saw too many business owners quoted one thing and handed another. The aim here is narrower: clear guidelines, honest answers, and fast service for the business owners who keep America running. When you call, you talk to him.

That’s the whole advantage of a small shop and we’re not going to pretend otherwise.

What we won’t do

• Promise an amount or a rate before a funder has seen your file. Anyone quoting you a number on a first call is guessing or selling.
• Hound you. No rep dialing you six times a week, no rotating numbers, no arguing with you about a deal you’ve already declined. We stay in touch occasionally after that, and one word ends it for good.
• Push you into a stack you can’t carry. If a third position is going to sink your cash flow, we’ll say so, even though saying so costs us the deal.
• Sell your application. It goes to funding partners to get you offers, not to a lead broker or a marketing list. Once a funder has it, that funder’s own privacy policy applies — we’ll tell you exactly who received your file so you always know where a call came from.
• Ask for money up front. Under any circumstances, for any reason.
• Go quiet. You’ll know where you stand within one business day — including when the answer is no, and including what would need to change.

Where we operate

We currently work with businesses in every U.S. state except California, Connecticut, and Virginia. We’re adding states as registrations clear. If you’re outside that footprint, apply anyway — we’ll add you to the list and reach out the day we open.
